All items are made to order. Processing times may vary and are listed in each product description. Please allow additional time during peak seasons.

2. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

3. Replacements
If your order arrives damaged or if the wrong item is sent, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will gladly replace the item.

4. Shipping
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Once an item is shipped, tracking will be provided.

5. Custom Orders
Please double-check spelling, colors, and custom requests when placing your order. We are not responsible for errors provided by the buyer.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, and content are the property of this shop and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.

7. Communication
