Refund policy

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, if you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Purchases Made Through Synchrony Financing

For purchases financed through Synchrony Financing, returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery in original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@chicamexico.com. Once the return is received and approved, a credit will be applied to your Synchrony account.
