Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are handmade and processed within the timeframe listed in each product description. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

2. Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or other reliable carriers depending on the item and location.

3. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once the package leaves our hands, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

5. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.

7. Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will gladly send a replacement.
